Finance and marketing people love to invent new terms you and most outsiders do not understand. You as business owner probably know the importance of every aspect of running a healthy business and trying to coop with the quick development and changes. There is always something new, better and less time-consuming services that should be purchased and applied. In the beginning you probably feel up to date with most of what exist out there that can be used to optimize effective, targeted and valuable aspects of the business. How long can you keep up? By the time it takes to apply one, 5 new tools and 3 other terms for services that claim to be the one to increase customer awareness is already out there. We all know that the time we are living in changes rapidly. Markets change without much warning, new trends set traditional ways of managing a business into crisis while you were off guard. It happens.

The demand for a successful communication strategy is absolute. Product, values, people. The motion of the ocean. Remember one best practice rule that puts things in its place within this subject, the less the cost your product is the lighter content you should publish thru digital channels. Quicker purchases, the less time the client will spend looking at your advertisement. No long text articles, more like a subliminal sensation picture with a message. They will know exactly where to click when you appear on that search engine first page with that problem-solving kick.
Anyway, back to communication guidelines. In your business plan you have most likely already figured out how to communicate with your clients thru good service. Asking myself, what can I get, where can I get it? Those advertisements better give me a seducing image of what I want, and as well where to get it. So, what happens I’ll do a search on my phone or computer, I land on a website and from there I buy it or find a different provider. It all depends on my user experience on that site. Based on this fact all UX designers should be paid well, or your bounce rate of traffic on the website will not look good. Traffic without conversion is like homeless people in your store because its warm. No riches coming from that stream, that’s for sure. Case conclusion make every penny of the marketing budget count to do right, no halfway solutions. Invest in that long-term relationship with your local marketing heroes.
